Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. They are excited about what they do and they care personally about getting the best results for our patients.

Our receptionists will try to accommodate your busy schedule by finding appointments that suit your needs.

 

Meghan

Meghan, C.P.O

Office Manager

Meghan started working at Quality Vision Care in April 2017 as an office assistant. In August she started helping with pretesting patients for their appointments. In 2019, she welcomed the responsibility of the billing department, and in 2022 the position of office manager. She earned her CPO ceritification in 2021. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and all that Montana has to offer! 

Paula A.B.O.C

Optician

Paula became an Optician  in 1997. She earned an American Board of Opticianry Certification (ABOC). In 2001, she changed careers. It was not until 2009 that she returned to Shopko as their optical manager. Once they closed in 2019, she began working at Quality Vision Care. She enjoys finding the best solutions for your various visual needs as the optical industry has so many new advancements.Outside of work, one of her favorite activities is working on her genealogy. She is a member of the Lewis & Clark Genealogical Society. She also likes to sew.

Ramona

Ramona “Mona”

Front Desk

Ramona started working at Quality Vision Care in July 2020 as the front desk receptionist. She has an innate desire to see people smile and enjoys greeting everyone when they come into our office. As a mother of 4 active boys, and the spouse of a Veteran, Mona's sense of family and love of country are strong. Outside of the office you can fnd her playing the piano, reading, and enjoying her family (which includes 3 wonderful grandchildren).

Optometric Assistant

Josiah has been working with Quality Vision Care since 2021. He enjoys playing games with his kids and reading in his spare time. As a full time glasses wearer, he finds joy in helping each patient find the right frame for them, and won't let them settle for "good enough".

Shainna

Contact Lens Technician, Optometric Assistant

Shainna joined Quality Vision Care in January 2023. Her bright personality, fun and positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail has allowed her to settle in at our office quickly! She is open to learning anything that is offered to her and excels in every aspect of her day. Outside of work, Shainna can be found cuddling with her cat, Fitz, and enjoying a good book

Office Assistant

Trey started at Quality Vision Care in 2020 as an office assistant. His attention to detail and strive to perfect everything he is assigned keeps the office running smoothly from behind the scenes.

Ethan

Optometric Technician

Ethan Melton graduated from Carroll College with honors with a major in Health Sciences and a minor in Theatre. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Doctorate of Optometry by 2026 at Marshall B. Ketchum University, which includes Southern CA College of Optometry (his mom’s alma mater) with the hopes of specializing in sports vision for athletes. He has worked at Quality Vision Care since 2017 and began working with patients in 2020. He enjoys learning about his patients and thier many stories. He wants to make sure they receive a thorough eye exam and have the best possible eye care experience. He is looking forward to working alongside his mother, once he completes the requirements for an Optometry Degree

Amanda is brand new to Quality Vision Care! She started in November 2023 and is a great addition to the QVC team!
